Answer calls and messages from German-speaking customers regarding their insurance policies, claims and account queries.
Guide customers through their insurance needs with patience, clarity and a professional service mindset.
This is a 100% remote position. Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Greece — full training and equipment provided.
No prior insurance experience needed. You will receive complete onboarding and ongoing support to set you up for success.
