Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the German market to introduce our client's products and services.
- Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs through effective communication.
- Present product features and benefits persuasively to generate interest and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our client's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2/C1 level).
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
