We are looking for a German-speaking B2B Sales Agent for a project within the travel industry.

As a B2B Sales Advisor in this role, your daily tasks will include:

  • Securing customers loyalty though excellent customer sales support via outbound calls & e-mails
  • Pursuing and securing sales with businesses
  • Optimise content, rate and availability competitiveness on company's websites to increase customer conversion
  • Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
  • Secure promotional offers to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts
  • Provide the highest level of support to our customers
  • Handle general requests in several communication channels 
  • Give accurate and complete information by using the right procedures 
  • Communicating with partners and answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner 
  • Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets 
  • Suggest improvements to the operational process to ensure the smoothest possible functioning of the team as a whole 
  • Create amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of 
  • Be responsible to follow the direction of management and to provide feedback/report any technical issue 

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of German (C1)
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Strong sales profile with customer and service orientation
  • Ability to promote and sell client services and products
  • A motivated and committed personality
  • Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors
  • Quality consciousness
  • Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
  • Self-organised, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
  • Ability to follow guidelines and instructions & to quickly implement newly learned things
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece as it is an office based position (Hybrid)
