About the role:
We're looking for a talented Latvian-speaking Trainer to join our client's team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for new hires and continuously improving training processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Facilitate engaging scenario-based sessions for customer advisors to enhance their skills and performance.
- Gather valuable feedback from trainees to continuously improve training effectiveness and relevance.
- Develop and maintain annual training programs and teaching plans to meet evolving business needs.
- Create and update instructional materials, aids, and manuals to support training initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of training outcomes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Provide orientation sessions to acclimate new hires to the company culture and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement training improvements.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to address specific training needs and challenges.
- Take ownership of personal development and stay updated on relevant training methodologies and technologies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Latvian (C2 level) and English (C1 level), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training purposes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sales skills are advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to suggesting and implementing training improvements.
- Previous teaching or coaching experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work from our client's office in Athens, Greece.
- Experience in a call center
