About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team in Athens as a Lithuanian Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, exceptional leadership skills, and fluency in Lithuanian. This role will involve managing a team of Lithuanian-speaking customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to Lithuanian-speaking customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Lithuanian-speaking customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and optimize processes.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Lithuanian is essential.
- Previous experience in a call center.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.

- Be able to work from our client's office in Athens.
