About the role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team in Athens as a Norwegian Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, exceptional leadership skills, and fluency in Norwegian. This role will involve managing a team of Norwegian-speaking customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to Norwegian-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Norwegian-speaking customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and optimize processes.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
• Previous experience in a call center.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work from our client's office in Athens.
