1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Refer a Friend Bonus program is open to all individuals who refer a candidate to Level Up Abroad (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
1.2 In order to be eligible for the bonus, the referring individual must refer a candidate who is not already in the Company's candidate database and who successfully secures a job through the Company with one of its clients.
1.3 Both the referring individual and the referred candidate must ensure the referred candidate's employment with the client lasts for a minimum of 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the referred candidate's employment start date in order to qualify for the bonus.
2. Bonus Structure:
2.1 Upon successful completion of the eligibility period stated in section 1.3, both the referring individual and the referred candidate will each receive a bonus of €500 (five hundred euros).
2.2 The total bonus amount payable under the Program for both the referring individual and the referred candidate is €1000 (one thousand euros).
3. Referral Process:
3.1 To make a referral, the referring individual must submit the referred candidate's information along with their CV directly to the Company via email at info@levelupabroad.com or their dedicated recruiter.
3.2 The referred candidate must provide consent for their information to be shared with the Company and its clients, and for participation in the Program.
4. Bonus Payment:
4.1 Bonus payments will be processed and paid out by the Company following the completion of the 90-day eligibility period.
4.2 Bonus payments will be subject to all applicable taxes and deductions as required by law.
5. General Terms:
5.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5.2 The Company's decision regarding bonus eligibility and payment shall be final and binding.
5.3 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
By participating in the Refer a Friend Bonus program, both the referring individual and the referred candidate acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
