Requirements

• University degree preferred

• Advanced English skills at native level or above

• Fluency in another language is an advantage

• Experience with frequent phone communication, for example in call centres, telesales or similar roles

• Proven record of ambition and progression, ideally shown through a past promotion or increased responsibility

• Management experience preferred

• Experience with B2B client contact preferred

• Excellent and friendly communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational ability

Responsibilities

• Call sourced candidates to share job information and carry out basic screening interviews

• Support candidates with questions and concerns

• Join meetings with major clients

• Keep accurate records of candidate communication

• Respond to candidate emails in a timely manner

Position Details

• Six hours per day, five days per week

• You will be hired as an individual contractor

• Flexible working hours. You can choose your schedule within the opening hours

• Fully remote role. Work from anywhere with your laptop

• Commission based salary with a guaranteed base of 800 euro per month. On average you can expect to earn between 1,000 and 3,000 euro in commission per month in addition to the base
