We're currently seeking full-time Customer Service Advisors in Stockholm. As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Here's what the role entails:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be assisting customers across all our Nordic markets through various channels such as phone, chat, and email. Your tasks will include managing incoming inquiries, identifying and addressing customer needs to achieve outstanding satisfaction, and striving to meet set goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll play a role in refining Operations' procedures and workflows.
We're looking for individuals who:
- Are proficient in either Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a strong service-oriented mindset and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Are organized, adaptable, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Enjoy working towards and achieving set goals and KPIs, actively contributing to both individual and team success.
- Are quick learners with a basic understanding of and experience with digital tools.
- Previous experience in customer support via phone, chat, and email is advantageous.
